SERIES TABATA™ SPEEDCARDIO
A 30-minute high-intensity program using Tabata's timing framework with a gradually intensifying series of exercises. Using only bodyweight, we target speed and endurance, stimulating coordination and reactivity. You will improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance, developing muscular resistance to fatigue and burning fat for longer post-workout.
