SERIES PILATES-ELITE™

A 30-minute high-intensity program linking the core principles of Pilates with primal, functional movements. We achieve high intensity through the use of plyometric and isometric techniques in every round. Controlled bodyweight exercises and specific breathing techniques seamlessly flow in a sequence that gradually intensifies in concentration and power throughout the workout. We focus on improving agility, core strength and overall coordination, stimulating metabolic and cardiovascular functions. You will tone your muscles in a balanced way and improve muscular endurance over time, while relaxing your body and sharpening your mind.
