ANTIOXIDANTS

Antioxidants are nutrients that naturally occur in plant-based foods, especially those with bright colors. They are also found in some beverages, such as wine and tea. Some common types are flavanols (chocolate), resveratrol (wine), lycopene (tomatoes) and vitamins A, C and E.

RECOVERY

You have just finished your workout. You're sweaty, tired and breathing heavily. Maybe you're feeling light-headed or a bit dizzy. It's time to head for the showers and, more importantly, think about your post-workout recovery. But what should you consider?
