DOUBLE KETTLEBELL RACK SQUAT
The double KB rack squat will help you to improve your front squats with a barbell. These front rack squats will have less impact on your shoulder and wrists than the barbell variation. Other benefits include:
Increase core strength
Stimulate the glutes
Improve whole body strength
